Please read and follow these rules for a great experience at Friends Zone.
Booking Required
Players must book a slot before using the mat. Walk-in is subject to availability.
Arrive On Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Late arrival does not extend the session.
No Smoking
Smoking, vaping and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Wear Proper Shoes
Only flat-soled indoor / turf shoes are allowed. No studs or spikes.
Respect the Facility
Do not damage the turf, equipment or property. Any damage will be charged.
Keep It Clean
Throw trash in the bin. Help us keep Friends Zone clean.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Management Decision
Management decision is final in any dispute.

1. Booking is non-transferable. 2. Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. 3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. 4. Management is not responsible for personal belongings.
